The Yorkshire Big Three challenge walk visits the summits of Pen-y-ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough starting from Horton-in-Ribblesdale. This is not for inexperienced walkers and is for many a test of endurance rather than a walk to enjoy the scenery. The route describes the problems faced by the author and provides a balanced guide to this route. A GPX File is available for download (see walk description).
